DIGITAL SURFACE DESIGNS

Surface Design

Digital patterns using industry software incorporating appropriate seam allowances, and design-specific pattern adjustments until fit approval.

SPECS:

  • Custom textile surface design

  • 5 colorways

  • Includes vector motif

  • Delivered in .ai file format (Adobe Illustrator)

LEAD TIME:

  • 1-2 weeks

GARMENT DESIGN

Initial design concepts, creating moodboards,  CAD flat/float sketches, and establishing design direction in alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and target market.

SPECS:

  • Mood Board Development

  • Colorway Development. (with Pantone, CMYK, or RGB numbers)

  • CAD flats (B & W) with up to 6 iterations

  • CAD floats (color) with up to 6 iterations

  • Logo Incorporation

  • Stitch Type Detailing

  • Delivered in .ai file format (Adobe Illustrator)

LEAD TIME:

  • ~2 weeks

Garment Design

DIGITAL PATTERN DESIGN

Digtal Pattern Design

Digital patterns using industry software incorporating appropriate seam allowances, and design-specific pattern adjustments until fit approval.

SPECS:

  • Digitally drafted base size pattern

  • Includes seam allowance

  • Up to 4 revisions for fit approval (**Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the scope of changes)

  • Delivered in .dxf file format (universal pattern format)

LEAD TIME:

  • 2 weeks

  • 3 weeks (simultaneously with tech pack creation)

PATTERN GRADING

Pattern Grading

Grading patterns across a specified size range, ensuring consistent fit and alignment with brand sizing standards.

SPECS:

  • Graded pattern across specified size range with the brand's standard size range.

  • Includes seam allowance

  • Up to 3 revisions for fit approval (**Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the scope of changes)

  • Delivered in .dxf file format (universal pattern format) and .rul file (universal pattern rule table format)

LEAD TIME:

  • +1 week added to pattern development after fit approval of base size

TECHPACK CREATION

Tech Pack Creation

Developing a comprehensive tech pack that includes technical specifications, construction details, BOM, size chart, and quality standards.

SPECS:

  • Delivered in .pdf file format (.ai Illustrator format can be delivered at an extra costs.)
